IN MIAMI:

University of Miami  BFA in film and art

Made art, single channel videos and installations.  

Received the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts, CAVA Fellowship, New Forms Miami, Individual Artist Grant and the South Florida Cultural Consortium, Visual Artist's Fellowship.  

Work shown at the Pérez Art Museum, the Ft. Lauderdale Museum of Art, the Center for Contemporary Art, the Bass, the Norton,  the Wolfsonian Museum, the Dumbo Arts Center and The Bronx Museum of the Arts.  Internationally, work shown at the Paço Imperial in Rio de Janeiro, The Ludwig Museum in Cologne, Germany, The Museum of Image and Sound in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and the Prague Independent, Scandinavian International Film Festivals, and Jury Award winner at the Film Arte Festival in Madrid, Spain.

Partner at Avalon, 1990 to 1995, worked primarily as an editor and director, cutting ids and internal pieces for MTV Latin America, editing and directing spots and internal work for BBDO Miami on the Pepsi Latin America account.

IN NEW YORK:

Freelance editor for several years, worked at Razorfish, CA Square, The Shooting Gallery, Sideshow post, VH1, Showtime and many others.

Work edited received two BDA golds, three silvers, two bronzes an AIGA award and a New York Festivals gold.

Full-time at Eyeball,  2009 to 2016 , initially as a senior editor and strategist, then as a Creative Director.  CDed, wrote, directed and edited national ads, regional ads, and brand films.

Currently: freelance directing and editing.
